Depression is one of the most common mental health problems and it can affect anyone.  Some signs of depression are feeling low, feeling bad about yourself, and not wanting to do things. Depression often affects our motivation and energy levels. We feel more tired, lethargic and sometimes notice a difference in our sleeping and eating patterns. Different things can lead to depression. Your upbringing, stressful event and your lifestyle might all have an effect.
