Supportive, Structured, and Reflective Supervision for CBT Therapists

I offer clinical supervision to therapists and mental health professionals looking to deepen their CBT practice, meet professional standards, and reflect meaningfully on their work.

Whether you’re a trainee, newly qualified, or an experienced practitioner, supervision provides a vital space to enhance your clinical skills, explore challenges, and grow in confidence.

What supervision offers:

My supervision style is collaborative, structured, and tailored to your needs. Sessions often include:

  • Case discussion and CBT formulation – using tools like 5-area models, maintenance cycles and longitudinal formulations

  • Intervention planning – troubleshooting and refining strategies for effective outcomes

  • Reflective practice – understanding your own responses, values, and development areas

  • Ethical and risk guidance – navigating professional challenges and safeguarding issues

  • Support with accreditation – help with BABCP reflective statements, logs, and evidence of competencies

I am also trained and frequently use Third-wave approaches such as ACT (Acceptance and commitments therapy); CFT (Compassion focused therapy) and MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy).

I am experienced in working with both trainees and qualified supervisees and also able to provide CTSR marking and feedback for university courses.
